Senior Town Planner

You'll work with and be mentored by some of the highest-profile planning experts in NSW and develop your career to the next level. The role will be tailored based upon your current experience level, skills and career goals.

Key responsibilities:

You'll be advising major clients from project scoping through to approval and project delivery including:

• constraints and opportunity analysis
• advising on approval pathways including the Transport Oriented Development (TOD) Program
• Technical review and editing of reports and submissions to gain all relevant approvals
• council / regulator / government interface
• client communication
• client relationship development / business development
• project management
• mentoring less experienced planners
• engaging and managing internal and external specialist consultants as required

The successful candidate:

• Relevant Tertiary qualifications in Town Planning
• A can do attitude - this consultancy is all about solutions and value add for their clients
• Excellent communication skills and drive for continued development
• Planning experience gained within a consulting environment
