About the opportunity
This leading national consultancy is seeking experienced Senior, Principal and Associate level Town Planners to join their Sydney team. You’ll contribute to a variety of complex, high-profile projects that shape the future of Australia’s urban landscape.

The role offers exposure to both private and public sector clients, giving you the chance to influence planning outcomes across a broad range of sectors.

What you’ll be doing

Leading development applications, rezoning, and planning reports

Providing expert advice to clients, councils, and stakeholders

Contributing to business development and client relationships at a senior level

Mentoring junior planners and fostering a collaborative team culture

What we’re looking for

5+ years’ town planning experience, ideally within consultancy

Strong knowledge of NSW planning legislation and processes

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Commercially minded with a solution-focused approach

Degree-qualified in Town Planning or related discipline
