Practice Manager | Full-Time | Monday to Friday Only | No Weekends

We're looking for an experienced and motivated Practice Manager to lead a dedicated team of clinical and administrative professionals in a busy, well-established healthcare setting. This is an ideal opportunity for a people-focused leader who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Reporting to the Regional Manager, you'll oversee the daily operations of the centre, manage staff performance and development, and ensure high standards of service and efficiency across the clinic.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support a team of healthcare professionals and administrative staff
  
  
• Oversee the day-to-day operations and performance of the centre
  
  
• Drive continuous improvement and implement operational efficiencies
  
  
• Ensure compliance with clinical standards and safety procedures
  
  
• Manage staff rosters, recruitment, and training
  
  
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to support smooth service delivery
  
  
• Monitor budgets, financial performance, and centre profitability
  
  
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a positive patient experience
  
  

What You'll Bring:

• Proven leadership experience, ideally within a healthcare or customer-focused environment
  
  
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  
  
• Ability to coach, develop and mentor a diverse team
  
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  
  
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and driving outcomes
  
  
• Qualification in Business Administration or Practice Management (desirable, not essential)
