Position Overview:
The company is seeking a dedicated and experienced Practice Manager to join their team. The Practice Manager will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the medical practice, ensuring smooth workflow, and maintaining excellent patient care standards.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all administrative and operational aspects of the medical practice.
- Support administrative staff, including receptionists, medical billers, and office assistants.
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures to optimise efficiency and productivity.
- Coordinate scheduling, appointments, and patient flow to minimise wait times and ensure timely delivery of care.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and professional development.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers and support staff to address any operational issues and improve patient care delivery.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Practice Manager, Medical Receptionists, Medical Admin or similar role in a healthcare setting.
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities, with keen attention to detail.
- Proficient in medical billing and experience using a medical software e.g. genie or best practice- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
