Practice Manager

We are seeking a manager to lead our busy medical practices located in Nowra and Bomaderry. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive leader with a passion for healthcare, leading a team and being part of delivering exceptional patient care.

About the Role

As Practice Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our medical practices, ensuring smooth and efficient practice management. You will have a wide range of responsibilities servicing all areas of a large general practice, as part of the management team, reporting to the CEO and Practice Principals.

About You

Diploma of Practice Management or related management qualification advantageous

Previous experience in a healthcare or medical practice management role is desirable, but not essential for the right applicant.

Strong leadership and interpersonal skills

Cultivate a high performing team culture through effective staff development, clear communication and proactive problem solving.

Exceptional organisational and problem-solving abilities

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with good attention to detail

Proficiency with practice management software an advantage

An understanding of healthcare legislation and privacy requirements

Willingness to complete further study if required

Use data and technology to analyse performance and drive improvement.
