The Role: As Brand Campaign Executive, you will:
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform our brand strategy and identify opportunities for differentiation.
Plan and implement comprehensive data-driven brand strategies to drive brand awareness, loyalty, and growth.
Develop and execute engaging end-to-end brand campaigns for a broad suite of products, from HR Certification and corporate training to membership growth and retention.
Liaise with the broader marketing team and external agencies to brief on brand campaigns and ensure the on-time delivery of campaign requirements.
Support the creation of AHRI collateral both online and in print, ensuring all materials maintain the AHRI brand and style.
Monitor and report on campaign performance using Google Analytics, CRM, email, and campaign data.
Act as custodian of the AHRI brand, ensuring compliance with brand guidelines throughout the organisation.
About You:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Communication
Demonstrated practical experience in a similar role
Extensive experience managing campaigns across all marketing channels, including email, social media (organic and paid), Google ads and SEO
Excellent written skills with a proven ability to write compelling copy for different audience segments and platforms
Strong administrative and organisational skills with high attention to detail
Ability to communicate effectively with clients, vendors, agencies, team members, and colleagues
Highly developed computer and marketing platform skills (MS Office, CMS, CRM, email marketing, and social media management)
Ability to work independently and contribute cooperatively to a small team.
