Founded in 2012 in Melbourne, Lucretia Lighting is a leader in decorative lighting, customized fixtures, architectural lighting, outdoor solutions, LED signage, and innovative building materials. Our showroom attracts clients seeking unique lighting experiences, and we are expanding our marketing efforts to connect with both retail and commercial customers.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute marketing plans for both retail and commercial segments

Manage and update the company website, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms

Plan and implement Google and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) advertising campaigns or coordinate with external agencies to ensure performance

Create and send EDM campaigns to promote new products and case studies, following up with potential customers

Register and maintain company profiles and projects on global architecture and design platforms

Collaborate closely with the sales team, engaging directly with leads from ads, website, social media, and EDM campaigns

Invite customers to visit our showroom and arrange personalized experiences

Support the BDM (Business Development Manager) by preparing project presentations, tailored proposals, and promotional materials

Compile and analyze monthly marketing performance data, providing actionable insights

Requirements

Excellent written and spoken English communication skills

Minimum 2 years’ experience in digital or content marketing

Familiarity with Google and Meta advertising platforms or a strong willingness to learn

Experience managing social media accounts (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)

Ability to use design tools such as Canva, Photoshop, or CapCut

Strong customer service mindset, comfortable engaging directly with customers

Background in lighting, homewares, building materials, or architecture/design industries is an advantage

Experience using HubSpot or a similar CRM daily to manage campaigns, track leads and measure performance

Based at our Prahran showroom and office in Melbourne, with opportunities to participate in industry events and client meetings.
