About the Role
As Brand, Graphics and Content Creator you will be responsible for shaping EXPHYS’ brand identity. This role is perfect for someone who’s equal parts designer, content creator, and brand champion. You will develop and execute strategic marketing campaigns which deliver measurable business outcomes. Drawing on both B2B and B2C marketing strategies, you will position EXPHYS as an authority by communicating the expert work of our team, and our thought leadership. EXPHYS is a purpose led organisation with strong DNA Values.
This role can be performed WFH or remotely, although it’s highly advantageous for you to be able to work from EXPHYS head office in Woolooware Bay, Sutherland Shire, Sydney.
You will be reporting to EXPHYS Head of Partnerships and Growth.
Hours: 23 hours per week, across 3 full days or 5 part days per week. 0.6 FTE.
Remuneration: $80,000 plus super FTE pro-rata + bonus
Your Key Responsibilities
Either independently or in collaboration with EXPHYS Head of Partnerships and Growth.
Drive marketing strategy - create, implement and assess performance.
Develop and implement integrated campaigns across digital, LinkedIn, socials, PR and traditional channels.
Produce compelling graphics, copy and collateral that is consistent, on-brand and inspires action.
Build customer stories and manage opportunities to showcase EXPHYS’ services.
Scope and manage industry events to showcase EXPHYS’ unique capability.
Create award submissions for industry awards.
Digital resource management.
Website management.
Email marketing creation and management.
Track digital performance and analytics to measure marketing impact and ROI.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience
· Qualification in Marketing, Graphics, Communications, PR or similar.
· At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
· Demonstrated success in developing and executing innovative brand and social campaigns.
· Strong graphic design skills and experience using Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign or other content creation tools.
· Strong written communication.
· Highly organised and able to manage projects end to end.
· Be able to work across a range of projects simultaneously.
· Attention to detail, with your own creative flair.
· Experience with Search Engine Optimisation.
· Video editing experience and photography advantageous.
· Experience working in corporate health, occupational rehabilitation, disability insurance is advantageous.
