Carnivore Collective is a leading supplier of premium meat processing equipment, servicing both retail customers and wholesale B2B clients. We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality products, expert advice, and exceptional service to Game Harvesters, Home Butchers, Salami Makers, Chefs, Hospitality businesses and Commercial Customers.

We’re on the hunt for a motivated and driven Business Development Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for driving sales growth across both direct-to-consumer and B2B channels, identifying new opportunities, and building strong, long-term relationships with our valued customers

Key Responsibilities:

Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities in both retail and wholesale markets

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers

Conduct client presentations, product demonstrations, and training where required

Collaborate with the internal team on sales strategies and marketing initiatives

Prepare quotes, negotiate pricing, and close deals

Attend industry trade shows, expos and networking events

About You:

Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management

Experience in the meat processing, food equipment or hospitality industries highly regarded but not essential

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to build rapport with a diverse range of clients

Self-motivated with a results-driven approach

Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills

Strong organisational and time-management skills

Current drivers licence

Willingness to travel for trade expos and to meet current and potential customers.

What We Offer:

Competitive salary package: $80,000 - $100,000 + commission p.a (depending on experience)
