About the role

Become the GO TO Property Manager! This exciting, full-time role provides you the opportunity to grow your skills in a supporting environment that encourages learning. Based in our Ballarat office, the role will be supported by senior management and other administrative support.

What you'll be doing

Managing a portfolio of residential rental properties, including liaising with rental providers and renters

Conducting regular property inspections and maintenance checks

Overseeing the leasing process, including advertising available properties, conducting viewings, and reviewing and managing applications

Ensuring timely rent collection and manage any arrears or disputes

Preparing and processing routine documentation such as condition reports, exit reports, routine notices and issuing compliance reports

Responding to renter inquiries, addressing any property-related issues and maintenance in a prompt and professional manner

Maintaining detailed property records in the CRM and provide regular reporting to landlords

Work collaboratively with the broader property management team to achieve business objectives

What we're looking for

Minimum 3+ years experience required

Residential property management experience is specifically required

Agent's Representative certification is required for this position and knowledge of the Victorian Rental Minimum Standards

Australian citizens and permanent residents only are eligible for this position.
