About the role
Join Alpha Industries' finance team as an Accounts Clerk based in Cavan, SA. In this casual role, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day accounting & Data Entry operations of the business. If you are a detail-oriented professional with experience in accounts payable and receivable, this is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and growing company.

What you'll be doing

Processing accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing and payments

Maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring all transactions are properly documented

Liaising with internal teams and external suppliers to resolve queries and issues

Data Entry on MYOB

Occasionally liaising with clients as required.

Providing general administrative support to the Managers

What we're looking for

Demonstrated experience in an accounts-related role, preferably in a fast-paced environment

Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy

Proficiency in using accounting software (MYOB Preferred) and MS Office applications

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
