About the role:
Maxima’s valued client is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Officer to assist with a short term (approximately 6 weeks) temporary role. This role is working on site at Parkside and is to assist with a backlog of accounts receivable actions. Working approximately 4 hours/day, over 3 days/week (totalling 12 hours/week) this role is perfect for someone looking for school time hours or needing certain days free for work-life balance.

Duties of the role include:

• Follow up on overdue accounts
• Generating and dispatching invoices
• Tracking incoming payments
• Other AR duties as required

About you:

• Previous accounts receivable experience (required)
• Ability to commit to a minimum 6 weeks of work
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to travel to Parkside.
• Availability to start immediately
