We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Workday Test Manager to lead the end-to-end testing phase for a large-scale Workday HCM implementation.

You will be responsible for defining, planning, and executing comprehensive testing to ensure a high-quality and seamless system rollout. The role requires strong expertise in Workday modules, proven leadership in testing delivery, and the ability to manage complex multi-stream environments involving both internal and external stakeholders.

What you’ll bring:

• 5+ years’ experience in QA/testing, with extensive Workday implementation expertise
• Track record managing full lifecycle testing through to go-live/hypercare
• Strong skills in functional, integration, and end-to-end testing
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Practical experience working in hybrid environments
• Experience with tools such as JIRA, ALM, Smartsheets, and Google Workspace
