A leading financial services company is undertaking a major custody and investment operations transition and are seeking a Test Manager to join on a 12-month contract (with strong potential to extend). This is a hands-on role where you’ll manage testing activity across complex data integration and investment processes.

Duties and responsibilities include:

• Lead testing activities across a custody and investment operations transition
• Manage Test Analysts delivering day-to-day testing
• Define testing strategy and deliver test summary reports for stakeholders
• Validate data integration across front, middle, and back office systems
• Oversee pipeline testing to ensure accurate processing
• Collaborate with operations and investment teams to identify gaps and resolve issues

We are looking for someone with:

• MUST HAVE: Proven experience as a Test Manager within custody, investments, or wealth management
• Strong understanding of financial instruments
• Background in custody transitions highly regarded
• Expertise in data-driven testing (process and integration focused)
• Ability to work without extensive documentation, leveraging domain knowledge to design test cases
• Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management capability
