We are seeking a Program Test Manager to lead a team of software testing professionals in delivering high-quality testing services for a large-scale program. The role ensures the delivery of quality-assured applications into production and supports the Testing Services Manager in stakeholder engagement and day-to-day operations of the QA and Testing function.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Program Test Strategy, Test Plans, and Test Summary Reports
• Lead test estimation and planning activities
• Coordinate test activities with internal and external teams
• Chair defect triage meetings and participate in relevant forums
• Oversee and govern both onshore and offshore testing teams
• Prepare and deliver status, governance, and ad hoc reports as required
• Manage test program risks and issues
• Ensure effective delivery of the overall test strategy

Qualifications & Experience

• Over 15 years of experience in software testing, with at least 10 years in a senior or program test management role
• Proven ability to manage testing across multiple projects or initiatives while meeting deadlines
• Experience managing 8 or more concurrent testing streams
• In-depth understanding of testing methodologies including system testing, system integration testing, and user acceptance testing
• Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to manage and motivate diverse teams
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
• Solid understanding of project lifecycles and SDLC deliverables within Agile and Waterfall environments
• Experience working with multiple vendors in a global delivery model
• Demonstrated ability to make decisions, drive change, and deliver results in fast-paced environments
• Strong planning and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage competing demands
• Outcome-focused with a track record of delivering measurable results
• Domain experience in banking, financial services, or ideally, insurance
