Test Lead – Oracle Fusion Cloud Implementation

We’re looking for a Test Lead to take ownership of quality assurance for a major Oracle Cloud Implementation Program. This role will define and drive the testing approach across Finance and HR modules, ensuring solutions meet business needs and perform reliably end to end.

You’ll work closely with the project team, implementation partners, and business SMEs to plan, execute, and oversee testing across multiple phases — from system integration through to user acceptance, data migration, and regression.

This is a critical position in a large transformation program. Your work will directly influence the quality and stability of the organisation’s new ERP platform. You’ll have the autonomy to shape testing practices, the support of experienced delivery partners, and the chance to embed quality across a complex, high-profile system rollout.

The Role:

• Define and document the overall test strategy aligned to program phases and deliverables.
• Coordinate with functional and technical leads to identify cross-system and end-to-end test scenarios across Oracle Cloud and integrated systems.
• Develop and maintain test plans, test scenarios, and test cases with clear traceability back to business and technical requirements.
• Manage defect tracking and resolution, ensuring issues are identified, prioritised, and resolved efficiently.
• Facilitate UAT activities with business stakeholders, ensuring user validation and readiness.
• Create and manage test data sets for integration and data migration testing.
• Execute tests manually or automate where appropriate using suitable testing tools.
• Challenge existing testing processes and look for ways to streamline and automate.

What you bring

• Extensive experience as a QA/Test Lead, ideally on Oracle Fusion Cloud projects.
• Solid knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud modules: Finance (RTR, OTC, PTP, PTC) and EPM experience highly regarded.
• Strong understanding of testing methodologies, frameworks, and best practices.
• Proficiency in SQL for test data creation, validation, and analysis.
• Experience with test automation and test management tools.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to coordinate across project, business, and vendor teams.
• Analytical mindset and attention to detail, ensuring the quality of every test phase.
