We're seeking an experienced EL1 Procurement Officer who can bring strong judgement, clear advice, and a collaborative approach. This is a chance to join a high-profile program where procurement makes a real difference.

What you'll do

Guide, mentor and review the work of less-experienced team members.

Partner with stakeholders to deliver practical, compliant procurement outcomes.

Provide clear advice and improve procurement and contract management processes.

Contribute to procurement policies, training, and planning tasks.

Champion good practice and continuous improvement across the team.

What you'll bring

Strong background in government procurement and contract management.

Ability to translate frameworks into practical advice.

Excellent stakeholder skills - confident communicator and collaborator.

Experience mentoring others and lifting team capability.

The offer

Level: EL1 equivalent

Term: Initial 6 months, with potential extension

Security: Baseline clearance

Start: October 2025 (or by negotiation)
