Bodyline Automotive - Customer Service

We are looking for an individual who must hit the ground running. Our office can be fast paced so a person who is motivated, process-oriented and has ahigh attention to detail would be a great fit. Located in Tullamarine.

Candidates must have a minimum of 3+ years customer service experience to be considered for this position.

You would be reporting to our General Manager. Product training will be provided. You will need to demonstrate an understanding of Dual Cab Utes, be self-motivated, have good communication skills (both verbal & written) and be able to work independently and as part of a team with minimal supervision.

Days are Monday to Friday – 8.00am - 4.30pm full time.

Qualifications/Skills required:

Office 365 specifically Outlook & Excel. MYOB experience would be an advantage but not expected.

Intermediate Excel proficiency including formulas is required for this role.

Australian work rights are essential - permanent residents and citizens only.

Responsibilities:

Answering incoming sales calls, providing quotes to customers, providing product support, pricing & stock availability support, assisting to our marketing & sales teams. Providing Customer Assistance and Basic Product Support.
