RJ Garage Doors is focused on building long-term relationships with our customers whilst inspiring a high-performance culture. Permanent 8.30 am-5.00 pm shift with the occasional Saturday 9.00 am-12.00 pm

A customer focussed sales professional is required to join this Melbourne-based Industry Leader.

Job Requirements

Proven telephone-based customer service, including service, sales, and general inquiries.

You will have a positive attitude and enjoy working in front-line customer service, providing a true customer experience.

Enjoy the challenge of a dynamic sales environment, knowing each day that you've made a positive difference and impact on your customers

Ability to multi-task across a range of functions.

Have a genuine interest in supporting team members

You really believe in putting People First

Excellent communication skills and attention to detail

Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft365, specifically - Word, Outlook & Excel (including formulas and data entry)

Must have unrestricted working rights in Australia

Experience in building supplies, home improvement, or manufacturing industries preferred but not essential
