Seeking a Sales Executive Assistant!
Are you a driven individual with a passion for admin? If so, we want you to join our award winning team!
Responsibilities:
Assist with property campaigns including open homes, private inspections, photoshoots and auction preparation.
Manage communication with buyers and sellers from first inspection through to settlement and beyond.
Coordinate access, trades, repairs, settlement gifts and key handovers.
Support in CMA preparation, REA reviews, social media updates, and database management.
Oversee calendars, appointments, task lists and client follow-ups.
Ensure contracts, vendor reports and settlement documentation are accurate and up to date.
Handle client feedback and resolve complaints in a professional manner.
Provide reporting and administrative support, including invoicing and commission tracking.
Requirements:
Agent’s Representative Certificate.
Drivers licence.
Admin experience is ideal, but if you're new and eager to learn, we’ll support you every step of the way.
Enthusiasm, self driven, and results focused.
We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including:
Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 + Super + Commission.
