Ray White Bendigo is looking for a driven Sales Associate to join our sales team and work directly with Darcy Quinn, one of the most awarded agents in the Ray White Group.

The role

This is a front-line role where you will be actively involved in the entire sales process. You will support Darcy with prospecting calls, letterbox drops and community engagement to build and nurture leads. You will prepare and deliver pre-listing kits and appraisal documents, assist with marketing campaigns and ensure all compliance requirements are met.

You will run open for inspections during the week and on weekends, capture buyer details and follow up every lead. You will be responsible for ensuring every inspection drives second appointments and listing opportunities. You will liaise with buyers and sellers, attend valuations, building and pest inspections and final walk-throughs, and provide feedback that is clear, accurate and professional.

Database management is a key part of the role. You will maintain accurate records in Nurture Cloud, manage all communication through email, phone and Slack, and ensure every client receives a consistent and professional experience. You will also contribute to the team’s social media presence and take part in local community events to keep Ray White Bendigo front of mind.

This role is fast-paced, client-facing facing and requires someone who is committed to providing a premium service while learning how to deliver top results in sales.

About you

You are ambitious, confident and ready to put in the work. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, communicate with polish and have a strong attention to detail. A current driver’s licence is essential. A real estate licence or agent’s representative certificate is an advantage.
