As our success continues, so does the growth of our team. We are now looking for a dedicated Sales Executive Assistant to act as the “right hand” to our Sales Manager and provide vital support to a team.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys being the backbone of a high performing sales operation, and takes pride in keeping everything running smoothly. You’ll be responsible for managing critical administrative functions, ensuring process compliance, and providing hands-on support to both the Sales Manager and the wider team.

This isn’t your typical 9-5 desk role, we need someone with flexibility, resourcefulness, and a proactive approach. You’ll be called upon in the evenings or on weekends to assist with urgent team needs, and your adaptability will be key to driving team success.

The ideal candidate will bring sales or solar industry experience, strong technical skills, and excellent communication. Key Responsibilities

Administrative Support: Handle day to day administrative tasks to reduce workload on the Sales Manager.

Reporting & Auditing: Prepare and maintain accurate sales and performance reports; conduct light auditing of processes and results.

Finance & Appointments: Oversee finance processes and appointment flows to ensure compliance and efficiency.

Team Support: Provide general assistance to the sales team to remove bottlenecks and increase productivity.

Calendar & Scheduling: Manage team calendars, availability, and appointments; coordinate overflow bookings.

Travel Coordination: Book and organise road trips, accommodation, and logistics for sales activities.

Recruitment Support: Assist with sales recruitment; handle candidate shortlisting and scheduling.

Onboarding & Offboarding: Support smooth transitions for new hires and exits.

Customer Experience Monitoring: Listen to call centre calls and provide insights and feedback to sales manager to improve team performance.

Office Admin: Handle general office administration, emails and organisational tasks.

Key Skills & Attributes

Extremely Reliable & Contactable: A dependable professional who can be reached when needed.

Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with CRM systems, reporting tools, scheduling platforms, and Microsoft Office/Google Suite.

Solar Experience: Familiarity with the solar industry is highly desirable.

Sales Experience: Understanding of sales processes and team dynamics.

Flexible Availability: Willingness to work evenings or weekends when required.

Recruitment Knowledge: Experience in recruitment processes for lead generation and sales roles.

Strong Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Organisational Excellence: Highly detail-oriented, efficient, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
