Working for one of the Melbourne most reputable Inner Eastern Real Estate agents, this exciting role is supporting their top sales agent as an Executive Sales Assistant. This is a fantastic opportunity for an aspiring Real Estate sales person that wants to be mentored, and learn from one of the best!

You will be working alongside our clients TOP performing sales agent, and there is great opportunity to spread your wings and become an independent Sales Consultant when you're ready. This 5 day a week role has potential for remote working days if desired in due course once you are settled in and fully trained up.

A very generous starting base salary is on offer within a range of we are looking at a salary of $70,000k - $80,000k + super + phone + car allowance. Incentives are open for discussion also in due course.

They use state of the art systems including Agentbox, Real Time Agent, Engage Proposals. You must hold a current Agents Representative Certificate, current driver license and own a reliable, well maintained vehicle.

You main tasks will include :

Marketing campaigns

Liaising with vendors and potential buyers

Pencilling at auctions and conducting inspections

This is a largely admin task focused role, however they will need someone who can also support Saturday inspections/auctions and carry out appointments during the week (eg OFIs, private inspections, building and pest inspections etc)
