Key Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive administrative support for property appraisals, listings, marketing, and sales campaigns.

Coordinate and proof all marketing materials and bookings with absolute accuracy.

Manage team emails and prepare meeting agendas.

Maintain database integrity, including contacts, calendars, and task management.

Prepare and distribute weekly vendor reports for active listings.

Self-manage day-to-day tasks and ensure deadlines are met.

Deliver professional communication and a positive end-to-end client experience.

Skills & Experience

Minimum 2 years’ experience in a high-functioning real estate administration role.

Solution-focused mindset with the ability to work independently.

Exceptional attention to detail and exemplary organisational skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to adapt to changing priorities with confidence.

Strong computer skills essential—database management and Microsoft Office proficiency required (Photoshop & Final Cut Pro highly regarded).

Current VIC Agent’s Representative Certificate (or willingness to obtain) is advantageous.

Experience creating digital marketing content (photography and drone work) is a plus.
