We are the market leaders and innovators in offering medical / non-medical solutions to women and men suffering from hair loss, using the latest scientific, medical and wellness treatments.

Based at our Sydney Office, you will be assisting with the day-to-day administration of our studio on a full time basis.

Your will be available to work the following full time roster of 38 hours per week:

Week One

Monday 10:30am-7pm

Tuesday 9:30am- 6:30pm

Wednesday RDO

Thursday 11:30am- 8pm

Friday 9am- 5:30pm

Saturday 8:30am- 2:30pm

Week Two

Monday 11am-7pm

Tuesday 9:30am- 6:30pm

Wednesday 10am- 7pm

Thursday 2pm- 8pm

Friday 9am- 5:30pm

Saturday RDO

Manage the administrative tasks.

Provide direct administrative support to our team.

A self-starter who is able to work independently.

Liaise with management handling requests and queries.

Supporting our laser therapy clients with managing their programs by ordering products and completing Telehealth calls.

Strong communication skills including a professional telephone manner.

Experience with cash handling and receipting payments.

Reliable, enthusiastic and professional.

What skills will you need to succeed in the role?

Minimum 1+ years of proven experience in a similar role.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, in particular).

Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise extreme discretion.

Customer service and client relation skills.

Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.

Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.

A self-starter, results orientated and works effectively in a fast-paced environment.
