MAYDAY Recruitment is excited to partner with a well-established and growing business in the industrial and manufacturing sector. We’re looking for a reliable and proactive Customer Service / Branch Administrator to support day-to-day operations at their Botany branch.

This is a part-time role (approx. 3 days per week), ideal for someone seeking flexibility while still playing a key part in a high-performing team.

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Managing customer invoicing and data entry
  • Scheduling daily jobs for the tyre-fitting team
  • Preparing and reconciling accurate customer reports
  • Creating and managing purchase orders
  • Handling stock receipting and reconciliation (inward & outward)
  • Providing friendly and efficient service to customers in person, over the phone, and via email
  • Managing accounts receivable and following up on outstanding payments
  • General office administration and filing
What We’re Looking For:
  • Strong administrative experience (ideally in a service or trade-based environment)
  • A confident communicator who enjoys interacting with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise, and stay calm under pressure
  • A team player with a positive, “can-do” attitude
  • Computer literacy – training will be provided on internal systems
  • High attention to detail and a proactive approach
  • A safety-conscious mindset
  • Experience in tyres or heavy machinery is a bonus – but not essential
