About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time Dispensary Technician to join our award-winning team at Docs Megasave Chemist Newcastle. Working in a fast-paced dispensary, you’ll work closely alongside our Dispensary Manager supporting our Pharmacist's, assisting with prescription processing, customer enquiries, and help ensuring the dispensary runs smoothly on a daily basis.

Your Key Responsibilities:

Assisting the Pharmacist and Dispensary Manager in the day-to-day running of the dispensary

Accurately dispensing prescriptions under supervision of the Pharmacist

Delivering outstanding customer service

Ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow

Stock control

Completing dispensary administration tasks efficiently

About You:

Passionate about pharmacy and customer service

High attention to detail and accuracy

Team player with strong communication skills

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Experience as a Dispensary Technician

Certificate III in Community Pharmacy and current S2/S3 Certificate
