MiPharmacy Bondi Junction is a fast-growing private pharmacy at the heart of Sydney’s eastern suburbs. We specialise in medicinal cannabis and personalised care, supported by our onsite clinic, MiDispensary. We pride ourselves on innovation, clinical excellence, and patient-first service delivery.

With rapid growth, we are seeking two full-time, experienced Dispensary Technicians to join our high-performing team.

The Role

As a Dispensary Technician, you will work closely with our pharmacists to ensure the safe, accurate, and efficient supply of medicines, while also delivering an exceptional level of patient care. This is a dynamic role for individuals who value professionalism, precision, and customer service, and who want to be part of an innovative pharmacy model.

This is a full-time position with rotating shifts across Sunday to Saturday, with immediate start available.

Key responsibilities include:

Assisting pharmacists in the preparation, dispensing, and supply of medicines, with a strong focus on medicinal cannabis

Delivering excellent customer service with empathy and professionalism

Building trusted patient relationships that encourage continuity of care

Supporting the use of streamlined technologies to improve efficiency and patient outcomes

Managing stock, ordering, and inventory with accuracy and accountability

Supporting clinic operations in collaboration with MiDispensary

Maintaining compliance with relevant legislation, guidelines, and best practice principles

What We’re Looking For

We want candidates who bring professionalism, accuracy, and passion for patient care. The ideal candidate will have:

Proven dispensary technician experience, with strong knowledge of procedures including S8 handling

Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to build lasting patient relationships

Resilience and problem-solving ability to adapt in a busy, evolving pharmacy

Strong communication, attention to detail, and organisational skills

A collaborative mindset and commitment to being a valued part of the team

A genuine interest in medicinal cannabis and emerging healthcare solutions
