We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Dispensary Technician to join our team in Five Dock. You'll play a vital role in supporting our pharmacists and ensuring the safe, efficient, and high-quality supply of medications to our valued customers.

Candidates must have a minimum of 1 year of dispensary experience.

About the Role

As a Dispensary Technician, you will:

Accurately prepare and dispense prescription medications

Assist in maintaining dispensary stock levels and inventory control

Support the pharmacist in providing patient counselling and medication information (under supervision)

Maintain dispensary documentation and compliance with PBS and relevant legislation

Provide excellent customer service in a professional and friendly manner

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

A solid understanding of PBS, dispensary systems (e.g. LOTS, FRED, Minfos, Z Software) and pharmacy operations

Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills

Strong communication and teamwork abilities

A proactive, reliable, and customer-focused attitude
