Medical Receptionist – Paediatric Clinic, Turner

We’re a caring and professional paediatric clinic in Turner looking for a superstar Medical Receptionist to be the first friendly face families see when they walk through our doors.

The role:

Monday to Thursday, 8.30 am – 4.30 pm

For the right candidate, hours can be negotiable

Above award pay - $40 per hour

We’re looking for someone who is:

Super reliable and able to work confidently on their own

Savvy, organised and wanting to make a real impact in a supportive clinic

Warm, welcoming and professional with patients and families

Experienced in medical reception

Skilled in time management with strong attention to detail

Discreet, with a strong sense of professionalism and confidentiality

Desirable:

Previous experience in paediatrics or specialist medical practice

Familiarity with Medicare billing and referrals

Proactive, with the ability to spot what needs doing before being asked
