Sales Supervisor at a busy northside Pool Shop

Swimart Aspley is a leading company in the Brisbane Pool and Spa Industry and we are currently looking for our next Sales Supervisor. If you have proven track record in sales, excel in solving customer's issues and exceeding business KPI's then this role is for you.

You will be responsible for managing the day to day operations of the store, including:

Maximising chemical sales through the use of in-store water tests

Driving sales of robotic cleaners, pool pumps, chlorinators and filters

Increasing growth in our service division by improving the number of technician services booked through the store

Diagnosing and solving equipment issues and providing spare parts support

Handling phone and email customer enquiries

Invoicing and billing technician services

Managing the weekend staff by providing customer service assistance and support as required

Maintaining our high standard of store presentation and cleanliness

This role is a full time position, 38 hours per week with a set roster of either Tuesday-Saturday or Sunday-Wednesday. Only applications that include a cover letter detailing their current mode of transport, availability and the number of years' sales experience will be considered.
