We are looking for an experienced and dynamic SALES MANAGER and SENIOR SALES EXECUTIVES for our Fortitude Valley - Queensland 4006 showroom to join a second to none sales team.

In this role, you will bring your experience and customer centric mindset to achieve individual and team sales targets while ensuring operational excellence in your showroom.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead and develop the showroom sales team, fostering culture of collaboration and result-focus.

· Drive sales performance by utilizing your expertise in customer service, network and product knowledge.

· Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential customers

· Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints and adherence to company policies and procedures.

· Collaborate with the head quarter team to develop and implement strategies that maximize sales and enhance customer satisfaction.

· Maintain showroom standards, ensuring compliance with visual merchandising and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of sales experience, ideally selling high-end furniture or high-value items such as jewelry, cars, luxury goods...

• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

• Customer-oriented and results-driven mindset

• High level of self-motivation and accountability

• Excellent organizational abilities and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

• Proficiency in common Sales and Inventory management software (Square, Cin7…) and MS environment

• Existing business network with local Interior Designers community and Real Estate projects developers is a plus
