About the Role

We are seeking an inspiring Store Manager to lead the team in Westfield Sydney. This role is ideal for a polished leader with a proven background in luxury or premium fashion, passionate about driving sales while creating an exceptional in-store journey for every client.

You'll be responsible for leading from the front, motivating your team, and ensuring the store delivers both commercial success and a best-in-class client experience.

Responsibilities

Lead, motivate, and inspire a high-performing team in a luxury retail environment

Drive store sales and exceed KPIs through exceptional customer service and team coaching

Build strong relationships with clients through a consultative, personalised approach

Oversee store operations including stock management, rostering, and VM standards

Foster a culture of collaboration, professionalism, and continuous improvement

Work closely with Area and Head Office teams to deliver brand initiatives and seasonal launches
