About the Role

As a Senior Associate or Special Counsel, you’ll be advising on major real estate transactions including developments, acquisitions, leasing, construction projects, and asset management for property funds, superannuation funds, credit funds, and institutional clients.

The team’s work spans:

• Acquisition and disposal of commercial, retail, industrial, and rural property
• Leasing and property management
• Master-planned and strata developments
• Due diligence and structured title arrangements
• Real estate transactions and working with funds and fund managers

You’ll work with a prestigious client base including property trusts, private owners, developers, and national landlords and tenants.

What We’re Looking For

• 7+ years’ PAE in Commercial Property Law
• Experience in a national or specialist property law firm
• Strong technical skills, commercial acumen, and attention to detail
• A collaborative mindset and a passion for mentoring junior lawyers
• Confidence managing complex matters independently
