About the Role

We’re seeking a highly capable ICT Master Scheduler to support the successful delivery of complex infrastructure projects. This role is pivotal in aligning timelines, resources, and milestones across multiple programs, ensuring strategic coordination and forward planning for executive decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

As an ICT Master Scheduler, you will:

Develop and maintain a consolidated branch-level master schedule across all approved and pipeline projects.

Align delivery phases, milestones, and interdependencies with project managers, technical leads, and PMO teams.

Integrate workforce availability and skillsets into realistic scheduling frameworks.

Identify scheduling risks and overlaps, and recommend adjustments to improve efficiency.

Produce executive-ready reporting outputs including Gantt charts, milestone views, and heat maps.

Deliver schedule walkthroughs, interpret reports, and maintain accurate data.

Transfer skills and knowledge to departmental staff and ensure proper documentation.

Essential Criteria

To be considered, you must:

Have 2+ years’ experience in ICT infrastructure project environments with a strong grasp of delivery timeframes and resource constraints.

Demonstrate experience developing integrated program-level schedules for complex ICT programs.

Show proven ability to incorporate workforce capacity data into scheduling and align resource constraints to timelines.

Possess strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to collaborate across technical teams, planners, and governance bodies.

Desirable Criteria

Experience delivering branch-level master schedules and project sequencing in ICT infrastructure environments.

Proven ability to produce high-quality scheduling outputs tailored for executive briefings.

Strong collaboration skills with project managers, technical teams, and senior stakeholders.
