Santa Monica Pizza & Burger Bar is seeking a Head Chef to lead our kitchen with passion and positivity. Our current Head Chef is moving on to a new career path, opening up a rare Monday–Friday role (no late nights, no weekends) with creative freedom and strong support.

The role

Lead and inspire the team with culture and collaboration at the core

Own menu planning, ordering, stock and cost control

Maintain high standards of food safety and kitchen organisation

Partner with owners/managers to create a positive, balanced workplace
