About Us

Set sail with the Gold Coast’s most unique dining experience. Holy Ship Bar & Restaurant operates from two beautifully refurbished timber trawlers moored at Marina Mirage. With sweeping Broadwater views and a menu built around the freshest seafood and seasonal produce, we’re redefining waterfront dining and creating a venue unlike any other.

The Opportunity

We’re expanding to 7 days a week and growing our crew! We’re seeking chefs of all levels—from Apprentice Chefs through to Head Chefs. Whether you’re starting your career or looking for your next challenge, we have casual, part-time, and full-time positions available.

Working alongside a passionate team, you’ll:

Deliver high-quality, creative dishes using the freshest local seafood and produce.

What You’ll Bring

Proven experience in a similar role (CDP and above desirable).

A passion for food, creativity, and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and as part of a tight-knit team.

Reliability, professionalism, and commitment to delivering excellence.

Knowledge of OH&S/WHS standards and safe food practices.
