We’re seeking a Project Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to play a central role in delivering landmark joinery projects.

The Role
As a Project Coordinator, you’ll be the backbone of our project delivery team. You’ll support our Project Managers, Site Managers, and Drafting team by ensuring documentation, scheduling, and communication run seamlessly. This is a hands-on coordination role, perfect for someone who loves detail, structure, and keeping projects moving on time.

Key Responsibilities

Set up and maintain project documentation, registers, and compliance records.

Track drawings, RFIs, approvals, and variations.

Coordinate drafting schedules, production handovers, and site installation timelines.

Assign and track project tasks using our management system (Innergy).

Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams to keep project deliverables on track.

Prepare progress reports, minutes, and communication for project stakeholders.

Provide critical support to Project Managers, freeing them to focus on site and clients.

What We’re Looking For

2+ years’ experience in a coordination or admin role within construction, joinery, or related fields.

Strong organisational and time management skills — you keep multiple projects running without dropping the ball.

Excellent written and verbal communication.

Tech-savvy with project management software (Innergy experience a plus) and Microsoft Office.

A proactive problem-solver who thrives in a team environment.

Knowledge of commercial joinery or construction workflows is highly desirable.
