About the Role:

You will be responsible for managing site teams, subcontractors, and ensuring all works meet quality, safety, and project requirements. The role involves close coordination with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders to maintain smooth site operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise all site activities, ensuring adherence to project plans and timelines

Manage site health and safety compliance, including toolbox talks and site inductions

Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel

Monitor progress, report on site performance, and resolve on-site issues promptly

Ensure quality standards and site documentation are maintained

Collaborate with project managers to meet budget and schedule targets

Candidate Requirements:

Proven experience as an HVAC Site Manager or similar role on commercial projects

Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, installation processes, and safety regulations

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and site teams effectively

Relevant trade qualifications or site management certifications preferred
