Our client is a rapidly growing commercial builder with a strong and consistent pipeline of projects. Due to business growth, they are currently looking for an experienced and ambitious Project Coordinator to assist with a multi-residential projects based in the South Eastern suburbs of Melbourne. This is a pivotal role supporting the delivery of complex, high-value developments, with a focus on new build, multi-storey commercial projects. You’ll work closely with Project Managers, Site Managers, subcontractors, and consultants to ensure smooth coordination and administration across all phases of the project lifecycle.

The Role:

• Support the Project Manager with day-to-day project coordination and documentation
• Liaise with stakeholders, subcontractors, and consultants to track project milestones and deliverables
• Maintain and update project documentation, schedules, registers, and procurement logs
• Assist with compliance, safety, and quality documentation
• Coordinate site logistics, materials tracking, and reporting
• Ensure clear communication across internal and external teams

About You:

• Minimum 5 years' experience as a Project Coordinator in commercial construction
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, documentation, and project lifecycle
• Experience working on new build, multi-storey projects is highly desirable
• Proficient with project management software such as Aconex, Hammertech and Microsoft Office Suite
• Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
• A team player with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines
