Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily site operations to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.
• Manage subcontractor relationships, ensuring clear communication, compliance, and accountability.
• Lead and mentor Site Coordinators, providing training and guidance to support team growth.
• Conduct site inductions, safety checks, and risk assessments in line with EHSQ policies.
• Coordinate programmes, deliveries, and site logistics to maintain efficient project flow.
• Ensure effective client communication, attending meetings and addressing design or site-related issues promptly.
• Drive quality management and defect minimisation through all project phases.

Key Qualifications / Requirements

• Minimum 8-10 years’ industry experience, including 5+ years in site management within the commercial new build space.
• Proven track record delivering projects valued $5M+.
• Building-related trade or tertiary qualification (preferred but not essential).
• Current Construction Industry Card and Senior First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain).
• Strong understanding of safety, quality, and EHSQ principles.
• Competent in interpreting drawings, specifications, and construction programmes.
• Proficiency with MS Project, Word, Excel; experience with Procore highly regarded.
• Excellent leadership, organisation, and client-facing communication skills.
