We provide care and support to participants with complex health needs, including mental health, challenging behaviours and high-intensity support needs.

The Enrolled Nurse is responsible for the delivery of safe and effective nursing care, under the direction of the Registered Nurse (RN).

This is not agency work. You’ll be supporting our participants in the comfort and familiarity of their homes. This role is about more than clinical care—it’s about building relationships, uplifting others, and being a trusted presence in someone’s life.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES (depending on qualifications & participant requirements):

Adhere to positive behaviour support plans & implementing documented strategies to best support positive outcomes for the participant.

Assist with high intensity support needs: diabetes management and sub-cut injections.

Deescalate and provide mental health support and manage & provide a safe & calm environment.

Attend to personal cares, catheter flushes, medication administration and relevant high-intensity support requirements.

Support participants with daily supports including light domestic tasks, transport, meal preparation, companionship.

Approach complex situations with calm, compassion, and professionalism—your presence can be a powerful source of reassurance.

Use encouragement and motivation to support participants to independence and other personal goals.

Work closely with your fellow team members to create a smooth, stable, and positive service environment as a team player. If a colleague needs help, lend a hand. We’ve got each other’s backs.

Complete required documentation, including shift notes, incident reports and data collections via in-house support charts, and contribute to the development, modification & evaluation of Participant Care Plans.

Build strong rapport with participants and stakeholders.
