The Role
You’ll be working on a new build $5M, 3-storey luxury residence in Sydney’s Inner West. This is a brick construction project requiring a confident, motivated Leading Hand who can work independently while supporting the Site Manager in daily site operations.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with day-to-day site coordination.

Work independently, driving progress and managing tasks to program.

Supervise trades and ensure top-quality finishes.

Maintain site safety, compliance, and presentation.

Hands-on involvement in construction where required.

Skills & Experience

Experience as a Leading Hand or Carpenter looking to step up.

Strong knowledge of high-end residential construction.

Ability to work autonomously and take initiative.

Trade qualification (carpentry background ideal).

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
