The Company & Opportunity

You will be working for 1 of the traditional commercial Builders in Sydney who value team ethic, positive attitude, quality workmanship & relationships. They don't burn their clients or contractors and their longevity of staff is perhaps the strongest in the industry. Currently turning over more than $600M, they typically deliver outstanding projects from $30 - $150M in value.

As a Leading Hand, you will be part of their new Supervisor Management Training Programme. This programme is designed to give their Apprentices & Leading Hands the best chance to become highly capable Supervisors & Site Managers of the future in a highly pressurised industry. They will 'buddy' you up with some of their long term staff to encourage collaboration whilst also ensuring you have ample exposure to every facet of the building from in-ground civil works through structure, services and finishes.

Qualifications & Experience

You will have completed your trade, ideally in Carpentry

You will be able to demonstrate you have shown loyalty to former employers - they want to see you don't job hop for the 1st pay rise or sign of a tricky project

Ideally you will have worked as a Leading Hand in the commercial construction industry in Sydney
