Precision Signs are seeking an enthusiastic new member of our team to fill a position in the digital signage service and support section within our company. This is a remote role based in Sydney and servicing venues in the surrounding areas, the role requires daily travel and site visits to troubleshoot a variety of audio visual hardware and software. The ideal applicant would be confident, have a can do attitude and a keen interest in IT and the latest in visual/digital LED screen technologies.

Precision Signs is a signage manufacturer set in the heart of the Riverina town of Wagga Wagga, NSW. Employing 35+ staff, we have over 50 years in business. Focused as a major manufacturer of digital hospitality signage Australia wide, our highly skilled and motivated personnel are driven to exceed the expectations of our clients.

Training for key roles will include but are not limited to:

Troubleshoot, diagnose, program, repair & replace the following products:

LCD screen hardware and software.

LED module display signage and control components.

LED lighting and associated electrical equipment.

liaise with manager to prioritise tasks and schedule work as required.

Cloud-based operating systems utilised to capture and manage incoming service tickets, new job entry, scheduling & tracking of jobs, hours worked, travel, stock used & costs associated with all jobs.

Daily travel with some overnight and short stays required at times.

Carry out programming of display products and IT related tasks onsite.

Assist manager to develop and document processes required to carry out role effectively.

The ideal candidate should have:

Audio Visual & IT industry experience.

Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair and service electrical equipment.

Hospitality/Gaming industry experience.

Car & Forklift license, White Card.

Ability to use hand, air and power tools & follow safe use guidelines.

Well presented, honest & reliable.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Must be able to effectively read, interpret & follow instructions, information & plans.
