Amped is redefining digital signage across AU/NZ.
We design and deliver large-format LED and digital signage systems for bold brands and complex spaces. Think corporate comms, multi-site rollouts and major fit-outs that stop people in their tracks.
With major national projects underway and a high-performing delivery team behind us, we’re searching for a seasoned industry operator to drive new logo acquisition. The goal is uncovering opportunities from scratch, winning iconic accounts and leading Amped into its next growth chapter.
The Role
This is a high-responsibility, high-trust sales role, not a junior rep position. You’ll be and the front lines, focused on growth through pure hunting.
You’ll be:
Building pipeline across commercial property, corporate, retail, hospitality, education, government and more
Pitching high-value LED and digital signage solutions to senior decision-makers
Owning mid-to-long sales cycles ($100k–$500k deals) with confidence
Creating compelling proposals and vision-selling across multi-stakeholder deals
Partnering closely with our ops team to ensure seamless delivery of what you close
Shaping our national go-to-market strategy and messaging
Walking into rooms with architects, builders and enterprise clients and leading the conversation with vision and trust
You’ll report directly to the CEO and collaborate with some of the sharpest sales and delivery talent in the space.

About You
You know the AV or signage space or you're adjacent to it and ready to move fast. You've sold six-figure systems before and know how to lead commercial conversations across technical and strategic layers.
You are:
Experienced (5+ years) in business development or Digital Signage/AV tech sales
Proven in closing $100k+ deals with mid-to-long sales cycles
Fluent in the language of builders, integrators, architects, or enterprise buyers
A clear communicator, sharp in the boardroom, precise in written comms and compelling in pitch
Fast-moving, solution-oriented and hungry for wins
Not looking to be handed leads, you create them from scratch
