Role: Level 2 IT Service Technician
Permanent | Hybrid | Sydney
Kaliba are seeking an experienced Level 2 Support Technician with strong background in IT support, ideally from a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment. The role involves handling a high volume of L2 support requests, both remotely and onsite, across diverse client environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide L2 support across Windows desktop and server environments.
Troubleshoot and resolve incidents via phone, ticketing systems, and remote access tools.
Perform onsite visits for maintenance, urgent support, and client projects.
Escalate complex issues to senior engineers where required.
Maintain documentation and knowledgebase articles.
Required Experience:
Previous experience in an IT support/systems engineer position (L2)
Experience Managing M365, Azure & AD email systems
Networking knowledge: TCP/IP, DNS, VPNs, VLANs.
Experience with virtual machines (Hyper-V/VMware).
Familiarity with Telephony systems & communication platforms
Previous experience in an MSP environment is beneficial but not essential
