Friendlyware are looking for an experienced IT Support Technician to help service our growing customer base.

Working in a close-knit team, you would help us in providing our customers with first-class technical support.

If you:

have excellent communication, problem solving and customer service skills

have 2 - 5 years of experience providing level 1 and/or level 2 IT support

have advanced knowledge in setting up and managing:

Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams)

Microsoft Windows Server and Client Operating Systems

Active Directory

have a sound understanding of networking concepts

enjoy learning and building your skillset

have a tertiary qualification in IT (Diploma or Degree level)
