The IT Operations team supports and maintains the critical day-to-day running of IT systems to ensure that business operations are up and running at all times. The Junior Network Technician will join a team that is passionate about delivering robust and reliable systems to Servcorp’s floor and clients. This role has the potential to lead into a Network Engineering position.

Responsibilities
Level 1 /2 Help Desk support.
Manage and maintain Cisco networking for Asia-Pacific with a focus on routing, switching and wireless.
Manage and monitor network alerts and uptime.
Work with Servcorp and its clients to help deliver IT solutions.
Work with Servcorp’s project team to deliver major projects and initiatives.
Out of hours work may be required for maintenance or project work.
Participate in a paid on-call roster.
Some interstate and potential overseas travel.
Minimum Requirements:
At least one year Service Desk / Help desk support.
Current Cisco certifications – CCNA Routing and Switching or heading towards these.
At least one year working knowledge on Cisco Routing and Switching.
Desktop support – Windows.
Basic understanding of Microsoft Azure and Office 365.
Bachelor’s Degree in Computing (or related field) or TAFE Diploma in Information Technology
Desirable:
Cisco IP Voice and Unified Communications products.
Cisco Wireless experience.
Cisco Firewalls experience.
