Protech are looking for experienced Civil Leading Hands and Supervisors for several projects in the North Brisbane region. This is a great opportunity to join a safety focused team working on major projects with long term growth available.

These roles have ongoing work available on subdivision, earthworks and road works projects. Multiple new projects commencing with immediate starts available. Work opportunities available in Brendale, Joyner, Griffin, and Caboolture.
Corresponding RII tickets and previous operating experience required.

ABOUT THE ROLE

• Immediate starts available
• Monday-Friday 6:30AM - 5PM schedule
• $50-60 per hour depending on experience
• Penalties after 7.6 hours, and daily travel allowance
• Civil Construction Leading Hands with road or subdivision experience highly regarded

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist with site inspections to ensure the sites are safe to start works daily, report any changes and hazards to the supervisor.
• Supervise civil labourers, operators, and subcontractors
• Liaise with Foreman and Project Managers on progress
• Labouring as needed
• Participate in daily activity discussions, Take 5’s and pre starts.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment

TICKETS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• Construction white card
• Valid drivers licence with reliable transport
• Most importantly, has a good positive attitude and reliable with a good work ethic
• Minimum 12 months Leading Hand experience on Civil Projects
• Other RII machinery tickets and experience highly regarded
